Shanghai Dragons IFHC offers a great platform to play the fantastic game of field hockey, for both beginners and experienced players. We are a hugely international team from all parts of the world with all ages and abilities.

We have 2 hockey sessions every week here in Shanghai, organise regular social events and enter yearly regional competitions such as the Hong Kong 6s and ZOAT. We create a friendly and fun environment for everyone to play and participate in.
